All reservations must be guaranteed by 50% of advance deposit paid by check. Deposits must be received within 14 days after the reservation is made or it may be forfeited. Notice of cancellation must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date to obtain refund of deposit. There will be charge of $30.00 to process the refund. Check in time is 2pm until 9pm, check out is at 11am.
